HVAC rough-in and installation for 2-story addition to existing single-family home. Approximately 2,500 SF of conditioned space across first floor addition and new second floor. Work includes attic-mounted high-efficiency direct-vent gas furnace on dedicated 2x6 platform per plans, full supply and return ductwork for both floors, refrigerant line set for exterior AC condenser, thermostat wiring, and roof venting. NJ Renovation of an existing ±5,100 SF single-family residence including basement, with a new rear addition to expand and square off the first floor kitchen area. Scope includes structural modifications, framing, roofing adjustments, new windows and exterior doors, mechanical/electrical/plumbing updates, insulation, drywall, interior finishes, kitchen and bathroom renovations, and associated exterior work. Licensed and insured subcontractors are invited to bid per trade scope. All work to comply with Holmdel, NJ building codes and inspection requirements.
