Scope

Seeking an experienced framing subcontractor to quote on full framing for a new construction single-family home. Drawings attached — please review and provide your best price. Scope includes full structural and rough framing. Key requirements per our standard spec: subfloor screwed down prior to hardwood install, doubled floor joists under kitchen, blocking for all bathroom accessories and kitchen cabinets, blocking for all shower doors, master and basement shower niches, and shower benches. Please include timeline with your bid.
