Scope

HVAC rough-in and installation for 2-story addition to existing single-family home. Approximately 2,500 SF of conditioned space across first floor addition and new second floor. Work includes attic-mounted high-efficiency direct-vent gas furnace on dedicated 2x6 platform per plans, full supply and return ductwork for both floors, refrigerant line set for exterior AC condenser, thermostat wiring, and roof venting. Notes

Residential addition and full renovation now proceeding as new construction following complete interior demolition. Foundation work for the addition is underway, with footings scheduled and structural work to follow. Scope includes new framing, MEP systems, windows and doors, interior finishes, and exterior improvements. Licensed and insured subcontractors invited to bid per trade scope.
