Scope

Seeking a licensed HVAC subcontractor to quote on full HVAC installation for a new construction single-family home. Drawings and spec sheet attached — please review and provide your best price. Scope includes full rough-in and finish HVAC. Key features per our standard spec: multi-zone system (master, 1st floor/basement, 2nd floor/attic), all bathroom fans vented to exterior, humidifier installed, and system designed with ability to add extra zones if needed. Single stage high efficiency units. NJ-licensed contractors only. Please include timeline with your bid.
